Flooring installation

New floors change a house faster than anything else. We install luxury vinyl plank, hardwood, ceramic and porcelain tile, Alterna grouted vinyl tile, and polyaspartic flake floors, one room or the whole house, with the trim and transitions done right. Many of the floors in our project photos are ours, too.

What we install

Pick the floor for the room

Luxury vinyl plank

Waterproof, tough, and warm underfoot. Our go-to for kitchens, basements, and busy family homes.

Hardwood

Classic and long-lasting. A great way to replace old carpet in living and dining rooms.

Ceramic & porcelain tile

Bathrooms, showers, kitchens, and entries. Large-format, marble-look, hex, mosaic, and everything between.

Alterna grouted vinyl tile

A glue-down vinyl tile that gets grouted like real tile. It looks like tile, feels warmer, and stands up to water, which makes it ideal for bathrooms.

Flake floors

Like epoxy flake floors, but better. Polyaspartic is built for farm shops, garages, and basements.

Trim & transitions

New baseboards, shoe molding, stair nosing, and clean transitions between rooms.

Polyaspartic flake floors

Like epoxy flake floors, only better

You've seen those speckled epoxy floors in shops and garages. Polyaspartic gives you the same look, but it's the next step up: tougher, quicker to cure, and it won't yellow in the sun.

A lot of our customers farm, and a shop floor takes a beating: tractors, oil, chemicals, mud, and hot tires. A flake floor stands up to all of it, and it cleans up with a squeegee and a hose.

  • Farm shops and machine sheds
  • Garages and workshops
  • Basements, mudrooms, and laundry rooms
  • Commercial restrooms and break rooms
Ask about a shop floor

Epoxy

  • Takes several days before the floor is ready to use
  • Can turn yellow when sunlight hits it
  • More likely to chip or peel under hot tires
  • Needs warm weather to install well

Polyaspartic

  • Cures fast, so you're back on it much sooner
  • Holds its color in the sun
  • Tougher, more flexible finish that resists chips and hot-tire marks
  • Can be installed in a wider range of temperatures

“When we hired Justin Collins of Cedar Hill Renovations, to update our old carpeted room with beautiful new hardwood floors, we were not prepared for the amazing change that his incredible work produced in our home!”
