Cedar Hill Renovations is a locally owned remodeling company based in Clifton Hill, Missouri, run by Justin Collins: lifelong builder, former firefighter, and former law enforcement officer.
For 5 years we've been remodeling homes across Chariton, Randolph, Howard, Macon, and Saline counties. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, floors, decks, siding, windows, and whole houses.
A lot of our customers are farm families. We get that the work has to fit around planting and harvest, and that a shop floor or a mudroom has to be built for real use, not just to look nice.
When you live and work in the same small towns as your customers, your reputation is all you've got, and we take care of ours.
We do the majority of the work ourselves. When a job needs roofing, HVAC, or spray foam insulation, we bring in specialists we trust and manage them for you. Either way, you deal with one company from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Owner
Justin has been doing construction his whole life. After college he served in law enforcement and worked as a professional firefighter, and he brings that same sense of duty and safety to every home he works in.
Off the job you'll find him team roping at the rodeo, hunting, or out with his horses and dogs. He and his wife Devyn love anything outdoors.

Hunter joined the Cedar Hill team in November 2024. He has a lovely wife and two beautiful daughters, and when he isn't working hard with our crew, you can find him hunting or trapping.
